★用法用量: 1、阿胶羹　　原料：阿胶250克，黄酒250克，冰糖200克，黑芝麻、核桃仁各250克　　做法：取阿胶250g，砸碎。放入带盖的汤盆或瓷碗中，加黄酒250g，浸泡1-2天，至泡软。取冰糖200g克，加水250ml化成冰糖水，倒入泡软的阿胶中，加盖。置盛胶容器于普通锅或电饭煲内，水浴蒸1-2小时至完全溶化。将炒香的黑芝麻、核桃仁放入继续蒸1小时，搅拌，成羹状。取出容器，放冷，冰箱存放。每天早晚各服一匙，温开水冲服。 2、阿胶膏　　原料：阿胶一块，冰糖20克　　做法：取阿胶一块，砸碎至豆粒大小，将碎阿胶倒入白瓷碗或微波炉专用器皿中，加冰糖约20克、水约150ml，置于微波炉中。调火力至中档，12分钟后，打开炉门，胶香四溢。冰糖、阿胶全部溶化。取出放凉，溶液成果冻状，冰箱存放。每晚临睡前取一勺阿胶冻置口杯中，加开水或牛奶100ml，搅拌至完全溶解后服下。　　 3、膨化食用　　用微波炉将阿胶膨化，可得到酥香可口的阿胶珠，直接放口中含化，纯香持久，效果如意。方法如下：先将蛤粉均匀地放入微波炉的载物盘上，约0.5厘米厚，然后将破碎成黄豆粒大小的阿胶丁相互间隔0.5厘米，撒在蛤粉上面，关好微波门，启动按键，设定火力10乘，定时3分钟即可。　　 4、牛奶冲服　　将阿胶粉碎成细粉状，每次取阿胶粉一匙（约3～4g）放入杯中，依个人口味，加入热牛奶、豆浆等（80℃以上）边加边搅拌，使阿胶粉充分溶化后服用，口感香甜绵软，回味悠久。　折叠
